United Gulf develops a wide range of projects incorporating progressive ideals from mixed-use master-planned communities such as the Shoppes at Voyageur Lakes to urban revitalization projects such as the former Halifax West High School site redevelopment.
With each new major development, we achieve sustainable building practices through energy efficient design by focusing on offerings such as geothermal and eco-sensitive technologies. We have been in operation since the early 1990s, having developed and sold over thousand homes in twenty plus signature developments.
